2. Accounts

3. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided by individual sellers and may vary by studio and location. Botanica is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Most items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must reflect genuine purchase experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews or restrict accounts that violate community guidelines, including spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of liability

Botanica Market is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
